Staff are available by arrangement on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays for specific fertility treatment and emergencies.
Your appointment time is exclusively yours. Although we do try to keep to scheduled times, the nature of your problem and the need to individualise and discuss specific and personal treatment may sometimes cause delays. If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please be kind enough to notify our office 48-72 hour in advance.
If you and your partner use different family names, please help us by ensuring that your file number is on all new laboratory investigations. This will help us improve our service and efficiency.
Please bring all previous medical records and test results relating to your fertility problem with to your appointment.
If possible allow 15-20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment at VITALAB, to complete the new patient information forms.
