Who we are
VITALAB is a leading fertility clinic in South Africa. Drs' Jacobson, Gobetz and Volschenk are registered Reproduction Medicine Specialists with the South African Medical and Dental Council and have a combined experience in excess of 50 years in evaluating and treating infertile couples. VITALAB enjoys a success rate comparable with any of the world’s leading fertility clinics. We’re also the first fertility clinic to receive the coveted ISO 15189 accreditation.
Most couples only come to us after many unsuccessful experiences. Pain that could have been avoided if only they’d approached us sooner. We believe in an open, holistic approach to the problems of infertility. Our business is with couples who are battling to conceive.
What we do

We perform highly successful surgical procedures and employ the very latest advances in evaluating and treating infertile couples including couples who suffer from Recurrent Pregnancy Loss. We start with an individually structured and coordinated series of investigations to help you concieve. Most of all we begin with a partnership with you, because no two infertility problems are alike and every child is created from the will of two people. We treat each couple individually.
